Our Company


BSM Crew Service Centre Indonesia was established in 2007 as an Indonesian limited liability company with approval from the Indonesian Ministry of Laws and Human Rights No. AHU-28932.AH.01.02.2008 and has become a leading supplier of well-trained and experienced Indonesian personnel for the shipping and oil & gas industry.


On 22 September 2014, BSM Crew Service Centre Indonesia had successfully obtained the SIUPPAK license (Surat Ijin Usaha Perekrutan dan Penempatan Awak Kapal), the recruitment and placement seafarers Agency's License, No. SIUPPAK 3.3 Tahun 2014 issued by the Indonesia Ministry of Transportation after satisfying and complying with the requirement based on Indonesia' Ministerial Regulation PM No. 84/2013 and latest PM No. 59/2021 for the recruitment and placement of Indonesian Seafarers on-board vessels and the provision under the Maritime Labor Convention (MLC) 2006 and its amendments. Our Crew Service Centre is certified ISO 9001:2015 and MLC 2006 Compliance by Lloyd's Register.


BSM Crew Service Centre Indonesia is a member of Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM), an integrated maritime solutions leader with a strong heritage spanning more than 130 years in the shipping industry with more than 600 vessels managed.

Mr Junus graduated from the University of Plymouth (UK) in 1990 with a Master of Science degree in International Shipping. He currently undertakes doctoral study at the University of Indonesia. 

He is the founder of BSM Crew Service Centre Indonesia.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (UK) and the appointed Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Latvia in Indonesia.

Capt AKHMAD SUBAIDI M.Mar, AFNI

Capt Subaidi graduated from Semarang Merchant Marine Polytechnic in 1994 (Nautical), he joined BSM Crew Service Centre Indonesia in May 2011 as Fleet Personnel Manager after sailing as Master for the past ten years onboard product / chemical tankers.

He is the Development Contact & Honorary Secretary of the Nautical Institute (UK) in Indonesia and as Chairman of Seafarer Training & Development of the Consortium of Indonesian Manning Agencies (CIMA).
